Following Abbott’s executive order, unvaccinated Texas employees who were fired demand their jobs back

The Lone Star State is in chaos after Gov. Greg Abbott issued an executive order banning all entities from demanding proof of Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination.”

Since many Texans were already fired or forced to resign from their jobs months ago due to Chinese Virus injection mandates, many of them are now demanding that they be re-hired due to Abbott’s order.

“Gov. Abbott says very clearly, ‘whereas countless Texans fear losing their livelihoods because they object to receiving a Covid-19 vaccination for reasons of personal conscience,’” stated Attorney Jared Woodfill, who represents some 200 health care workers who have filed multiple lawsuits against Houston Methodist Hospital.

“That applies to every plaintiff that I represent, and every plaintiff that Methodist hospital thought it was appropriate to fire.”

Woodfill is planning to send a formal request to Houston Methodist that aims to reinstate every employee who was force to leave the facility due to its demand that they get injected with an “Operation Warp Speed” needle in order to keep their jobs.

Houston Methodist, by the way, which resides in a “red” state, was the first hospital system in the country to require that its employees take one of the “vaccines” brought into existence at “warp speed” by Donald Trump.

Of the 25,000 people who are employed at Houston Methodist, a paltry 178 were suspended for declining the jabs. Another 153 also voluntarily resigned or were fired due to wanting to keep their DNA and immune systems intact.

Houston Methodist, Baylor, IBM, Southwest and American all planning to defy Abbott’s executive order

Houston Methodist CEO Marc Boom issued a statement saying that he is “deeply disappointed” by Abbott’s order. Boom did not indicate whether or not he would try to put up a fight to stop the now-gone employees from returning to their posts.

“We are reviewing the order now and its possible implications,” a statement from the hospital explains.

“We expect all of our employees and physicians to be vaccinated as we must continue doing everything possible to keep all our patients and each other as safe as possible until this pandemic is over,” the statement further reads, adding that “not only are our patients safe as a result, but we are able to remain healthy at work and be there for our community when it needs us the most.”

Boom added in a statement that the Baylor College of Medicine, another conventional medicine facility in Texas, is planning to continue forcing Chinese Virus injections on employees despite Abbott’s order.

Other private employers in Texas, including Southwest Airlines, American Airlines and IBM, are similarly planning to defy the new rule and continue forcing their employees to get injected in order to remain employed.

Meanwhile, some companies in “blue” states are being a little less aggressive about Wuhan Flu shot mandates because they are fearful of losing their workforces if people quit in protest.

“My company is scared,” one person wrote on Zero Hedge. “Even in a left-leaning state supposedly 52% of us in the union are vaccinated. The number is probably higher for professionals, but likely no more than 65%. The media is touting 85% and that is laughable.”

“They are scared to lose a skilled workforce. With orders on the books backed up already they are scared that not a single deadline will be met, that quality will suffer, and that they will have a very hard time scrambling to replace centuries worth of cumulative experience. It’s a giant game of chicken, folks. Don’t blink, don’t shrink, don’t conform, don’t submit.”

Poll: Joe Biden’s Job Approval Hits New Low at 36 Percent

President Joe Biden’s job approval continues to crash with a new low of 36.4 percent during the first nine months of his presidency, according to a Zogby poll, after facing a botched Afghanistan withdrawal, and more recently, a supply chain crisis.

Additionally, 61.3 percent of the respondents gave Biden a negative rating when asked about the president’s job performance, and 2.3 percent were unsure of how they felt.

Biden was viewed negatively among all age groups, particularly the younger generation of voters between 18 and 29 years old, who viewed him 63 percent negatively and only 34 percent positively.

The poll revealed that Biden has also lost the support from the majority of Hispanic voters (41 percent positive/59 percent negative) and an overwhelming majority of independent voters (24 percent positive/71 percent negative).

The Zogby poll asked 896 likely voters between October 8 and 10 with a margin of error of +/- 3.3 percent.

In August, Biden botched the withdrawal from Afghanistan, resulting in backlash from Republicans in Congress after the death of 13 U.S servicemembers and hundreds of U.S. citizens, Afghan allies, and vulnerable Afghans left in the county controlled by Taliban terrorists.

Biden, along with his Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, once touted the “completion” of the operation to evacuate civilians and servicemembers from the Taliban-controlled country but refused to say the exact number of Americans they left behind when asked.

However, the U.S. is also in the middle of a months-long cargo ship crisis, contributing to empty store shelves. Data from the Labor Department revealed that the soaring price of moving goods around the country has been adding to inflation, setting consumer prices skyrocketing.

Meanwhile, Biden’s U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has been MIA for nearly two months. It was recently exposed that Buttigieg has been “lying low” while being on “paid leave since mid-August to spend time with his husband, Chasten, and their two newborn babies.”

Pinkerton: Joe’s Presidency Is Building Hunter Biden Back Bigger

Catch Me If You Can

We’ve been hearing a lot these days about the Biden administration’s $3.5 trillion Build Back Better (BBB) plan that has been tangled up in Congress with uncertain prospects of success.

However, there’s one Biden plan that’s going along nicely.

That would be the BHBBB plan, which stands for Building Hunter Biden Back Bigger. Bigger as in bigger bank account.

As Breitbart News reported recently, “Hunter Biden, the president’s son, reportedly sold at least five pieces of art for $75,000 each at his Los Angeles exhibit on October 1.” To put that another way, that’s $375,000—at least. How much of that goes to Hunter? How much for middlemen? And how much for anyone else?

These are all important questions, but unfortunately we don’t have any answers because Hunter’s not telling. As he said recently of the critical and the curious, “F*ck ‘em.”

In response, ethics experts have stated the obvious, namely that there should be full transparency about Hunter’s financial affairs. And yet the White House is having none of that full disclosure stuff.

Just on October 12, when asked by Breitbart News’ Charlie Spiering about Hunter’s art sales, White House press secretary Jen Psaki answered, “We still do not know and will not know who purchases any paintings and the president remains proud of his son.”

The White House

Got that? With apologies to Sergeant Schultz of Hogan’s Heroes, “We see nothing!  We know nothing!”  (This at the same time when the Biden administration wants the IRS to track every American’s transactions over $600.)

In the meantime, we are supposed to trust Hunter, his art dealer, and his art purchasers—whoever they might be.

So we have no idea if Hunter is making thousands or hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions from his art gig. It’s all a giant question mark. And yet at the same time, lots of money from who knows where is hiding in plain sight.

But there’s one thing we can be sure of: Hunter has needed money. Yes, he’s made millions in a three-decade career basking in the golden aura of his famous father, and yet he’s also spent money like a drunken sailor—or most specifically, like a crack addict.

For more insight into Hunter’s high life and high times, we might consider the candid assessment rendered by one of his business contacts. Back in January 2015, when Joe Biden was vice president, one wheeler-dealer wrote an e-mail to another wheeler-dealer laying out the upsides and downsides of hiring Hunter to work on a Libya deal.

The upside was that Hunter “has access to highest level in PRC.” That is, the People’s Republic of China. Yet there were were downsides too: “His negatives are that he is alcoholic, drug addict – kicked [out] of U.S. Army for cocaine, chasing low class hookers, constantly needs money-liquidity problems and many more headaches.” (Correction: Hunter was kicked out of the U.S. Navy.)

Hunter did not get that gig.

Georgia Secretary of State Paid Gabriel Sterling’s Company Four Times His Annual Salary During 2020 Election

Sterling made more as a contractor in one year than he ever made as a Georgia Secretary of State employee

Earlier today National File reported that Gabriel Sterling, originally an employee of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, left his position and was paid just under $200,000 over the course of a year for his role in the management of the 2020 election in Georgia.

Georgia records reveal that Sterling, listed under his full name Robert Gabriel Sterling, was paid around $50,000 per year in 2019 and 2020, meaning his company earned four times his normal salary while managing the controversial election.

Covfefe Coffee

As National File reported earlier today, Sterling was often referred to as a Voting System Implementation Manager during and after the 2020 election, but Sterling had not been an official employee of the Secretary of State since July of that year. On July 1, 2020, his company – Sterling Innovative Solutions LLC – was working for the government as an independent contractor, something Sterling says is normal.

However, according to OpenGeorgia.gov, “a gateway for obtaining information and key documents about how the State of Georgia spends tax dollars” with information “from various state agencies” that is “updated annually,” Sterling typically makes around $50,000 per year.

In 2019, Sterling made $44,923.72 and the state paid $1,769.97 worth of his travel expenses, while during the 2020 fiscal year this rose to $52,488.15 plus $4,921.71 of his travel expenses. This would indicate that, as an employee, Sterling was paid around $4,374 per month until July of 2020.

When Sterling’s company Sterling Innovative Solutions LLC’s contract with the Georgia Secretary of State was active, the company made $16,666 per month for a total of $199,992 over the year before taxes. Sterling, who appears to be the sole owner of the company, managed to negotiate a number for his company that was nearly four times better than what he managed to negotiate as an employee.

However, when the contract expired earlier this year, Sterling dutifully returned to a position working for the Georgia Secretary of State. Now, he is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. National File looks forward to reporting Sterling’s 2021 earnings when they are made available.

The contract was originally obtained via an open records request by Debbie Dooley, the co-founder and president of the Atlanta Tea Party, who told National File she believed it was “highly unethical.”

“It’s highly unethical for him to quit his job in order to take this contract, and then to become an employee of the Secretary of State again,” said Dooley. She added that Sterling “wanted to be a contractor because he would get paid a lot more than he would at as an employee.”

Crazy: Massive $3.5 trillion spending bill Pelosi, Biden trying to ram down America’s throat contains a billion taxpayer dollars for pathetic media that lies about everything

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden have both said that the gargantuan $3.5 trillion spending bill they are trying to cajole all of their members into supporting is vitally necessary for the future of America.

In reality, it is a pork-ridden behemoth that will serve primarily as a payoff to key Democrat constituencies so as to buy off their loyalty for years to come.

That includes the garbage “mainstream media” too, apparently.

Tucked inside the bill, which is several thousand pages long (legislation should never be that lengthy and complex) is a provision that would provide more than a billion dollars to media outlets, ostensibly as part of COVID ‘relief.’

The Federalist’s Christopher Jacobs has more frustrating details:

Several weeks ago, I wrote an article asking why the media in general, and Politico in particular, refuse to cover the irregularities in Joe Biden’s taxes. Turns out they have a lot of reasons not to do so. Approximately 1,269,000,000 reasons, in fact.

A relatively unheralded program in the $3.5 trillion Democrat spending spree would provide well more than $1 billion in bailout funds to media organizations. You read that right: With our nation more than $28 trillion in debt, Democrats want to raise taxes to spend more money on their political allies in corporate media.

“It’s enough to prompt the inevitable chicken-and-egg question: Did Democrats propose this bailout because corporate media bury scandals like Joe Biden’s taxes and Hunter Biden’s e-mails, or did the media bury those scandals in the hopes of receiving a bailout?” Jacobs added.

The columnist went on to explain the so-called “welfare for writers” measure is buried near the end of the 2,465-page bill that effectively uses federal tax dollars to subsidize journalism, which would mean even more pro-Democrat big government bias than the outlets currently demonstrate, which is a lot as-is. Imagine our founders’ shock if someone at the Constitutional Convention would have suggested government funding of the ‘free press’ which was designed to be completely free of government regulations and interference so the media could hold the powerful to account.

If your publication is getting handouts from Uncle Sam, those outlets aren’t going to report on Uncle Sam when he violates our rights, breaks our laws or otherwise gets out of hand.

“The program would provide a credit of up to $50,000 annually for each ‘local news journalist’ on staff, subsidizing half of wages in the first year and 30 percent for four years thereafter,” wrote Jacobs.

The measure describes a “local news journalist” as someone who is employed “at least 100 hours” every quarter, “during which time such individual regularly gathers, collects, photographs, records, writes, or reports news or information that concerns local events or other matters of local public interest.”

“That language implies the credits will go primarily towards small-town reporters. Requiring eligible journalists to work only 100 hours per quarter—less than 10 hours per week—suggests lawmakers want to support publications with part-time or freelance correspondents,” Jacobs wrote.

“But it also raises the obvious question about why federal taxpayers need to fund what amounts to someone’s side hustle,” he said, adding that he works about 100 hours per quarter for The Federalist but the publication would never be interested in getting hooked on federal handouts because they would no doubt come with strings attached (such as, you can never, ever, criticize the regime).

Jacobs went on to hypothesize that an outlet with around 700 employees could actually receive more than $37.5 million per year in tax dollars, giving it a large financial incentive to redefine all of its staff, including non-journalists, as “100-hour correspondents” so as to qualify for the graft.

This isn’t just a terrible idea, it’s one that will lead to the official creation of ‘state media’ — not officially owned by the government, but the next best thing. And then watch government abuses soar.

Russell Brand: Hillary’s Trump-Russia story was the biggest political hoax of our lifetime

British comedian Russell Brand has come out in full support of Donald Trump and has admitted that Hillary Clinton knowingly lied about Trump-Russia collusion to tens of millions of Americans.

(Article by Sean Adl-Tabatabai republished from NewsPunch.com)

Brand posted a video to Youtube titled: “So…Trump was RIGHT About Clinton & Russia Collusion!!”

After reviewing the latest news that the Department of Justice just charged Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann for lying to the FBI about the Trump-Russia hoax, Brand said he was “flabbergasted” by the fact that the evidence now proves that “Russiagate was a Democratic conspiracy.”

Breitbart.com reports: Brand said that as a leftist, he wants to believe that the Democrat Party is the party of “diversity and truth and social justice.” But he added that the new evidence is worrisome. “What my concern is becoming is that these are totemic issues pushed to the forefront to mask ordinary, regular corruption,” he said

Brand’s concerns were sparked after special counsel John Durham charged Michael Sussmann with lying to the FBI about the origins of the Russia “collusion” accusations lodged against Donald Trump in 2016.

Durham alleges that Sussmann met with the FBI in 2016 to tip the agency off that Trump was colluding with Russia but did not disclose potential conflicts of interest with the Clinton campaign and that the info he was passing on came from the Perkins Coie law firm that is linked to the Democrat Party.

“Sussmann’s false statement misled the FBI General Counsel and other FBI personnel concerning the political nature of his work and deprived the FBI of information that might have permitted it more fully to assess and uncover the origins of the relevant data and technical analysis, including the identities and motivations of Sussman’s clients,” the indictment says.

Comedian Brand finds all this to be shocking news — evidence that all the accusations of Trump colluding with Russia were untrue, a naked political stunt.

“It seems like years ago that we were hearing that Trump was colluding with Russia, that he wouldn’t have won the election without Russia, that his whole presidency was kind of a Putin plot,” Brand exclaimed on his video.

Brand continued, “we have to recollect just how prevalent this story was. Every late-night talk-show, all over the news, it was just — you were bombarded with it.”

Brand added that he never paid too much attention to the Russia conspiracy claims in 2016 but did note that it was a “defining issue” of the Trump years and that it was still being held over his head when he ran for reelection.

“And it was like, being sort of in a way discussed as if it was just an absolute fact. To discover that this was propaganda, a construct, a confection by the Democratic Party — who, of course, are now in government — is kind of beyond disappointing, because you begin to question and query what other things may not be true,” Brand said.

“Once you recognize that people create certain truths in order to meet certain ends and aims, the idea that you might be able to trust their integrity obviously dissolves,” he said disgustedly.

In the end, Brand said he is no less than “gobsmacked” that this whole anti-Trump conspiracy has been revealed to be nothing but a Democrat dirty trick and that there isn’t an ounce of truth to this attack on Trump.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Friday struggled to explain why Joe Biden’s approval rating continues to spiral downwards.

Asked by a reporter, “What do you make of these really terrible polls?” Psaki deflected to the coronavirus pandemic and the high number of unvaccinated people as reasons Biden’s so unpopular.

“I would say that this is a really tough time in our country,” a flustered Psaki responded.

“We’re still battling Covid, and a lot of people thought we’d be through it, including us. And because of the rise of the Delta variant, because of the fact that even though it was a vaccine that was approved under a Republican administration, even though we now have full FDA approval and even though it’s widely available across the country…we still have a quarter of the country…less than that… 20% of the country who’ve decided not to get vaccinated. No question that’s having an impact.”

CDMedia/Georgia Record/Big Data Poll – Republicans Lead Democrats On Generic Ballot In Georgia

All results from the CDMedia/Georgia Record/Big Data September 24, 2021 poll will be posted here in stages.

Republicans lead Democrats statewide on the Generic Ballot in Georgia ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, according to a new CD Media Georgia Record Big Data Poll. If the elections for the U.S. House of Representatives were held today, voters in the Peach State would back the Republican candidate over the Democratic candidate by roughly 5 points, 43.7% to 38.7%.

Unaffiliated voters backed Republicans by about 3 points, 30.3% to 26.7%, though more than 1 in 3 (34.1%) remain undecided. Nine-percent (8.9%) chose someone else. Third Party voters are leaning toward Republicans by 5 points, 17.5% to 12.8%, with more than half (56.2%) undecided. Fourteen-percent (13.5%) say they would vote for someone else. Combined, Democrats trail Republicans among non-two-party voters by 4 points, 28.0% to 24.3%.

“As we saw in the election for U.S. Senate in Georgia, voters are leaning toward the Republican candidate outside the survey sampling error,” Big Data Poll Director Rich Baris said. “But there are key differences in the voting coalitions that result in Republican candidates for the U.S. House running slightly behind their presumptive nominee, Herschel Walker.”

Eco-terrorist-linked Biden nominee who endorsed population control confirmed by Senate

Stone-Manning was linked to a 1989 Earth First! tree-spiking plot in Idaho. The commonly used eco-terrorism tactic involves inserting metal rods into trees to prevent them from being cut down and cause chainsaws of loggers to explode.

In a 50-45 party-line vote Thursday evening, the US Senate confirmed President Joe Biden’s controversial eco-terrorist-linked nominee Tracy Stone-Manning, who had previously endorsed population control, to head the Bureau of Land Management, which oversees millions of acres of federal land.

The Bureau of Land Management is under the umbrella of the US Department of the Interior. It oversees all public lands in the nation, most being concentrated in the states of Alaska, California, Idaho, Montana, Orgeon, Utah, Washington, Nevada, New Mexico and Wyoming.

Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee chairman Joe Manchin, (D-WV), caved to political pressure and announced earlier that he would vote for the nominee.  Senate Democrats slipped the radical nominee’s confirmation through during the current chaos in Congress surrounding the ongoing debate over the $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill.

Stone-Manning was linked to a 1989 Earth First! tree-spiking plot in Idaho. The commonly used eco-terrorism tactic involves inserting metal rods into trees to prevent them from being cut down and cause chainsaws of loggers to explode. As a result of the incident, a mill worker’s jaw was split in half from an exploding chainsaw.

She was awarded immunity from prosecution in 1993 when she agreed to testify and admit to her role in an eco-terrorist group responsible for what had happened in the 1989 incident where she had written and sent an anonymous letter telling the world a forest near where she lived in Idaho had been seeded with 500 pounds of spikes measuring 8 to 10 inches in length.

Something Seriously Wrong With Nancy Pelosi – This Brings Up The Question Of Whether Politicians And World Leaders Are Using ‘Young Blood’ To Slow Down Physical Aging

By Susan Duclos – All News PipeLine

Ever notice how seated politicians, excluding the random one here and there, seem to live far longer than the normal average life span of the general populace?

Even over in England the Queen is 95 years old, and her husband who recently passed was 99 years old.

American politicians also seem to live long, just look at the politicians at this link, updated in 2020.

Former President Jimmy Carter, 96. His wife, 94. Dianne Feinstein, 88.

I could go on and on and on just using American politicians, current and former, but the point is their average life span appears to be far longer than the general populace, moreso than what superior medical care can explain.

Many would argue that members of congress and world leaders have access to better healthcare than the average citizen, and that is a point well made, but the largeness of the average gap between the so-called “elite” lifespan in comparison to the rest of the population, goes far past that argument.

YOUNG BLOOD……

What use to be mocked as a “conspiracy theory,” has now been reported by multiple news outlets including New York TimesNew York Post, NewsweekBBC, and many others.

Using young blood to prolong the life of the older.

Via the BBC, in a piece with the headline “The super rich are injecting blood from teenagers to gain ‘immortality’”

Because the super-wealthy are now pumping themselves with the blood of young people in an attempt to prevent themselves from ageing.

Over 100 people have participated in a clinical trial at a San Francisco start-up offering blood transfusions for older patients. Each procedure costs $8,000 (£6,200) and sees the patient injected with two and a half litres of plasma – the liquid element of blood that remains after other cells have been removed – taken from young people.

The procedure is being offered as an experimental attempt at rejuvenating the elderly. The median age of the patients is 60 years.

Jesse Karmazin, 32, a Stanford-trained scientist who founded the US clinic, told The Sunday Times that the initial results from his patients had been encouraging.

“It could help improve things such as appearance or diabetes or heart function or memory. These are all the aspects of ageing that have a common cause.

“I’m not really in the camp of saying this will provide immortality but I think it comes pretty close, essentially.”

Whelp, so much for conspiracy theory, eh?
