HUGE BREAKING NEWS: Federal Judge Signals He May END Twitter’s Immunity in Dr. Shiva Case – Speech Police in Panic — Watch Hearing Live on May 20

A federal judge in Massachusetts is going to make Twitter explain whether or not it is a “state actor” or a truly private company, and the effects could be significant in reigning in Big Tech’s oppression of conservative views.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, the man who invented email, ran for US Senate in Massachusetts as a Republican and made allegations of voter fraud on Twitter. These tweets were then deleted by the far-left tech giant.  Later it was discovered that they were deleted at the direction of government employees of the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s office.

Twitter isn’t censoring accounts to keep users ‘safe’, it is using its power to spoon-feed the world establishment narratives

It’s one thing to have policies against violence, abuse, and harassment. But in “protecting” users, Twitter is hell-bent on censoring voices that rock the boat, even when all they have tweeted is a peer-reviewed scientific paper.

Last week, Simon Goddek, who has a PhD in biotechnology and researches system dynamics, tweeted a link to a scientific study titled, “Is a Mask That Covers the Mouth and Nose Free from Undesirable Side Effects in Everyday Use and Free of Potential Hazards?”

Some time later, his account was frozen and he received a notice from Twitter that it would remain frozen until he deleted the offending tweet, and for the 12 hours following that.

In his Telegram group, he wrote:

“I was put into Twitter jail for citing a peer-reviewed scientific paper. Cancel science is real.

“What’s especially concerning is that I didn’t make any personal comment on the paper’s content. I only said that regarding that paper, masks CAN lead to massive health damages. It’s the conclusion of a scientific piece of work that has been peer-reviewed by at least 2 experts in the field.”

According to Twitter, Goddek violated their policy on, “spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to Covid-19.”

The article in question wasn’t even as risqué as others and merely addressed undesirable side effects of mask wearing. How is that “misinformation”

I spoke with Goddek to learn more about what happened. Turns out, it’s not the first time.

“The first time I got censored because I cited a scientific, peer-reviewed paper on masks. I was just citing their work, and I got put into Twitter jail. In that tweet, I was saying, ‘Look, it seems masks don’t work.’  So, I also said my opinion.

Twitter Temporarily Blocked Accounts Critical Of The Indian Government

The government order to block included a movie star, a political commentator, and a prominent magazine. Their accounts have all been restored.

Indian prime minister Narendra Modi

On Monday, Twitter temporarily blocked people in India from viewing several accounts belonging to activists, political commentators, a popular movie star, and a leading investigative journalism magazine, the Caravan, on orders from the country’s government. All accounts had one thing in common — they had been critical of India’s Hindu nationalist prime minister, Narendra Modi. Twitter restored the accounts more than six hours later, telling government officials that the tweets and accounts constituted free speech and were newsworthy.

Twitter locks China’s US embassy account for Xinjiang-related tweet

Twitter has locked the account of China’s U.S. embassy for a tweet that defended China’s policies in the Xinjiang region, which the U.S. social media platform said violated the firm’s policy against “dehumanization.”

The Chinese Embassy account, @ChineseEmbinUS, posted a tweet this month that said that Uighur women were no longer “baby making machines,” citing a study reported by state-backed newspaper China Daily.

Uproar as US Ambassador to Israel Twitter account temporarily adds West Bank and Gaza too

The account has been changed back to say only ‘U.S. Ambassador to Israel’

President Joe Biden’s administration quickly came under criticism on Inauguration Day, after the Twitter page for the U.S. Ambassador to Israel was modified during the transition on Wednesday.

The account was temporarily updated to say “U.S. Ambassador to Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza” from “U.S. Ambassador to Israel,” which some thought might indicate a massive policy change suggesting the new administration did not count any territories in the West Bank as under Israel’s control.

Twitter, Facebook And YouTube Allow Incendiary Anti-MAGA Video To Remain On Platforms

While Silicon Valley tech giants spent the last two weeks purging President Trump and tens of thousands of his followers over ‘dangerous conspiracy theories’ and ‘inciting violence’ during the so-called “Capitol insurrection” on January 6, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have yet to remove a video by far-left Russiagate conspiracy theorist Dan Winslow which is the definition of incitement.

“They are hidden among us, disguised behind regular jobs,” Winslow warns. “They are your children’s teachers. They work at supermarkets, malls, doctor’s offices, and many are police officers and soldiers.”

Dan Bongino Locked Out of Twitter, Moving Exclusively to Parler

“F— these a—holes” exclaimed Bongino. “I’m leaving the platform permanently for Parler.

President Donald Trump has been locked out of Twitter and Facebook “at least” until the end of his presidency. It’s a very dangerous and slippery slope when tech companies not only have more power than the President of the United States, but they actually have the power to silence the President; power which they gave to themselves.

Many other conservative voices have been silenced and thousands of accounts shut down or blocked, all under the social media company’s self-determined “civic integrity” or “fraud” or “risk” just to name a few. Conservative commentator Dan Bongino is amongst the latest high-profile victims, and he’s had enough.
