If It Moves, Tax It: Pete Buttplug Pushes for ‘Mileage Tax’ on American Drivers to Fund Biden Regime’s Leftist Policies

Biden regime Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has indicated that he may push for a mileage tax on Americans that will require them to pay the government for traveling too much. The move would help pay for Biden’s $3 trillion infrastructure bill, and “shows a lot of promise” according to Buttigieg.
When asked by an NBC reporter is he supported a mileage tax, Buttigieg said, “I think that shows a lot of promise. If we believe in that so-called user-pays principle, the idea that part of how we pay for roads is you pay based on how much you drive.”

“The gas tax used to be the obvious way to do it; it’s not anymore,” Buttigieg added. “So, a so-called vehicle miles traveled tax or a mileage tax, whatever you want to call it, could be the way to do it.”

New York Will Officially Begin Requiring ‘Vaccine Passports’ On April 2

New Yorkers will be required to show “vaccine passports” – proof that they have received the COVID-19 vaccine – in order to return re-enter society.

The New York Post reported that the “Excelsior Pass” would officially launch on April 2, following an announcement from Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) on Friday.“Similar to a mobile airline boarding pass, individuals will be able to either print out their pass or store it on their smartphones using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app,” said a press release about the program. “Each Pass will have a secure QR code, which participating businesses and venues can scan using a companion app to verify proof of COVID-19 negative test results or proof of vaccination. An individual’s data is kept secure and confidential at all times.”

We’re safe! ‘Potentially hazardous’ asteroid Apophis will NOT collide with Earth in 2068 says NASA, after calculating the orbit of the Empire State Building-sized rock for the next 100 years

The near-Earth object that was thought to smash into our planet in 2068 has been deemed no longer a threat for at least the next 100 years.

NASA made the announcement after asteroid Apophis passed by Earth earlier this month, allowing the American space agency to estimate the space rock’s orbit around the sun.

Scientists used a 230-foot-long radio antenna to track Apophis’ motion, revealing ‘a 2068 impact is not in the realm of possibility anymore.’However, the asteroid is set to return in 2029, but the new data predicts it will pass some 20,000 miles from Earth – which is still said to be a safe distance.

The ruined riverbank: Plague of plastic marring beauty spots shows why Britain needs a spring clean

The reality of plastic pollution was horrifically clear when this river overflowed.

Trees and bushes along its banks were draped with ragged blue plastic bags.

The pollution is tainting a pocket of nature in east London, a haven where kingfishers can be seen darting into the water, bream come to spawn and black poplars, Britain’s rarest tree, grow beside the water. The scene makes visible what normally goes unseen – as plastic rubbish dropped in the water normally wends its way into the sea.

The shocking images come as the Great British Spring Clean 2021, which is organised by Keep Britain Tidy, calls on our loyal army of readers to help make the country cleaner and greener.

National Embarrassment: Joe Biden’s First Press Conference Shows He’s Totally Fine and There’s No Problem Here

Motto: Corn Pop was a bad dude because he got Jim Eagled.

Alleged president Joe Biden just gave his first-ever press conference on Thursday night; he waited longer than any POTUS in history to do that, but let that go for now.

If you had the gumption to watch it ‘till the end, you most probably cringed at Joe’s pathetic and confused attempts to read his cue cards as he assured the American people that there’s nothing to worry about and everything is nice and dandy.
